Referral Partnership Agreement Overview
Our Referral Agreement establishes a formal partnership between Belmond Real Estate LLC and independent affiliates who introduce potential buyers to our company. This agreement outlines the framework of our collaboration, ensuring transparency, professionalism, and mutual benefit.
Affiliates who successfully refer clients that complete a property purchase will receive a commission starting from 30% of the total commission earned by Belmond Real Estate, in compliance with Dubai Land Department regulations. The final percentage can be discussed and agreed upon based on the specific project, deal structure, and partnership terms.
Payments are processed within three (3) working days after Belmond Real Estate receives the full commission from the buyer or developer.
The agreement also ensures confidentiality, clearly defines the responsibilities of both parties, and sets transparent terms for cooperation and termination. It is governed by the laws of Dubai, providing a structured and secure approach to referral-based partnerships.
