Referral Partnership Agreement Overview
Our Referral Agreement establishes a formal partnership between Belmond Real Estate LLC and independent affiliates who refer potential buyers to our company. This agreement outlines the terms of collaboration, ensuring transparency and mutual benefit.
Affiliates who successfully refer clients that complete a property purchase will receive 50% of the total commission earned by Belmond Real Estate, subject to Dubai Land Department regulations. Payments are processed within three (3) days of receiving the full commission from the buyer or developer.
The agreement also ensures confidentiality, defines the responsibilities of both parties, and sets clear terms for termination. It is governed by the laws of Dubai, providing a structured and professional approach to referral-based partnerships.
